Dan Landers, a 28 year veteran of the asset-based lending industry, serves as President of RBS Business Capital, which operates nationally with approximately $4 billion in loan commitments. Dan is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of asset-based loans to a national customer base, serviced through a dedicated network of seven full-service offices throughout the United States. Prior to this position, Dan held various executive and senior management positions in the Asset Based Lending Industry at Bank of New England and BTM Capital, a subsidiary of Bank of Tokyo. Dan serves as a Director of the National Commercial Finance Association and is a member of its Executive Committee. Dan is a Boston native educated at Boston College.

Chris Carmosino is a senior financial executive who has spent most of his 22-year career in various asset-based lending, leveraged lending and capital market activities. Chris manages the Northeast Region and also helps coordinate RBS Business Capital’s origination and capital market activities on a national basis. Before joining RBS Business Capital, Chris led an asset-based syndicated loan team for Banc of America Securities. Prior to that, he led the Loan Syndications team at Fleet Securities, where he managed a team responsible for loan structuring, distribution and trading, as well as private loan placements. Chris received his B.A. from Colby College and his M.B.A. from Duke University.

John Behan brings more than 23 years experience in commercial, asset-based, and precious metals lending to his role as National Portfolio Manager and Senior Credit Manager. Before joining RBS Business Capital, John served as Group Manager for the Northeast Asset Based Lending Group, and Precious Metals Underwriting and Portfolio Manager for Fleet Capital Corporation. Prior to that, he held several senior level positions in portfolio management, analysis and underwriting, and loan administration for Fleet Bank and the former Connecticut National Bank. John is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and Commercial Finance League of Connecticut. John received his B.A. from Emory University and his M.B.A in corporate finance from the University of Hartford.

Tom Hogan has more than 30 years banking experience, and prior to joining RBS Business Capital in 2000 served in various capacities in finance, operations, international, cash management and treasury at Bank of Boston. Tom is the Chief Administrative Officer for the group and functions as the Finance Officer, Operations Manager and Risk Manager. Tom is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
