Chris Carmosino is a senior financial executive who has spent most of his 22-year career in various asset-based lending, leveraged lending and capital market activities. Chris manages the Northeast Region and also helps coordinate RBS Business Capital’s origination and capital market activities on a national basis. Before joining RBS Business Capital, Chris led an asset-based syndicated loan team for Banc of America Securities. Prior to that, he led the Loan Syndications team at Fleet Securities, where he managed a team responsible for loan structuring, distribution and trading, as well as private loan placements. Chris received his B.A. from Colby College and his M.B.A. from Duke University.

Don has been in the asset-based lending field for 16 years, all with USTrust/Citizens his entire professional career. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Don received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from Bentley College.

George is Regional Marketing Manager for the Northeast Region of RBS Business Capital. He is responsible for managing a team of new business development officers. George brings more than 20 years of industry experience in asset-based lending to the group. Before joining RBS Business Capital, he spent the past 15 years with Wachovia Capital Finance and its predecessor company Congress Financial. Prior to that, he was with the Asset Based Lending Group of US Trust. George holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

John is New York Region Manager for RBS Business Capital, with an asset-based capability for agented business, and also works with other asset-based lenders for meaningful positions in their senior secured loans. Prior to joining RBS Business Capital, John worked for several major financial institutions where he held senior positions in corporate Asset Finance, Business Capital and Capital Markets, and also started a de novo secured lending group.

Ron serves as Regional Manager for the Southern Region based in Atlanta. He is responsible for managing a team of new business development officers, client relationship managers, and the region’s operations staff. Ron brings more than 30 years of industry experience in all facets of secured lending, with the majority of his career spent at Bank of America and its predecessor companies. Ron holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from Georgia State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Tim’s experience in asset-based lending spans 31 years in six different cities in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining RBS Business Capital, Tim spent 7 years with Commercial Credit Business Loans, followed by 19 years with Bank of New England and National Bank of Canada (who acquired Bank of New England’s asset-based division). During his time with National Bank of Canada, Tim worked in Manhattan, N.Y., as VP in charge of Special Projects and M&A for their U.S. division, which was followed by a move to Toronto to start their Canadian ABL division. Tim is a member of several trade organizations including the Commercial Finance Association (former Chapter President), Turnaround Management Association (former Board Member) and Association for Corporate Growth.

Ron has spent his entire 27-year career in the asset-based lending industry. He joined RBS Business Capital in 1998 to start the Pittsburgh regional office, where he has managed and grown the asset-based functions in Pennsylvania and the contiguous states since that time. Ron serves as Regional Manager for both the Pennsylvania and Cleveland offices. Before joining RBS Business Capital, Ron worked for 3 years at BTM Capital, the asset-based lending group of Bank of Tokyo, where he was hired to start their Pittsburgh regional office. Prior to that, Ron worked in the assed-based lending group at National Bank of Canada’s Pittsburgh office and, subsequent to that, for Equibank (which had been purchased by Bank of New England) where his experience involved the marketing and portfolio side of the ABL business. Ron is active in several industry trade associations, including Commercial Finance Association (past President of Pittsburgh Chapter), Turnaround Management Association (past Board member), Association for Corporate Growth and Robert Morris Association (teaching ABL). Ron graduated from LaRoche College in 1981 with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Don brings 26 years of administrative management experience in secured lending, specializing in new business development and relationship management, and serves as Marketing Manager for the Midwest Region. Before joining RBS Business Capital, Don ran a secured-lending loan production office for National Bank of Canada. Prior to that, he worked in the secured-lending arena for both Mellon Bank and Mellon National Bank. He is active in several trade associations, including the Association for Corporate Growth and the Commercial Finance Association, where he served on both of their boards for many years and is a past President of both, and is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Financial Executives Institute. Don received an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a M.B.A. from Robert Morris College, and also attended the Wharton School of Secured lending.

Ira is responsible for the Midwest Region based in Chicago. His responsibilities include both new business origination and ongoing customer relationship management. Ira has more than 20 years of leveraged-lending experience, ranging from asset-based to cash-flow lending. Before joining RBS Business Capital, Ira was Managing Director with New Star Financial. Prior to that, he was the Midwest Region Manager and Marketing Manager at Bank of America Business Capital, the middle market leveraged finance unit of Bank of America. During this time, his groups had originated, structured and underwritten more than $4 billion of leveraged finance transactions, including those with complex capital structures with second-lien, mezzanine and high-yield debt. Prior to his time in lending, Ira worked for six years in the audit and consulting groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Central Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University.
